When do we deliver?
All domestic orders will take about 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. International orders take a minimum of 10 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 4-5 working days with the exception of products that are custom made (for eg. helmets and boots). Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Can I get a replacement for the product I’ve ordered?
Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or a store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available and under such circumstances the amount paid by you can be used by you whenever you shop with us next time. All conditions applicable to return of goods shall also apply to exchange of goods. To return an item, the customer must write to us at info@polofactory.in, a prompt response is assured to such mails. If you are not satisfied with the product received by you for any reason you may have the option to exchange and at our sole discretion to receive a refund. We are not liable for any damages caused to the Product during transit.
